Rock to the Future is seeking workshop facilitators for our 2025 summer program for ages 12-19 years old. Workshops must be engaging, interactive, and build independent living skills, independent learning skills, and other life skills to support youth achievement and dream-building.

Schedule and Location: The workshops will take place in-person at our Kensington and/or Germantown locations between July 8th and July 31st. Workshops will need to be facilitated twice a day for two different cohorts of about 20 students each. The content can remain the same. The two workshops will need to take place on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

Facilitator Schedule (8:30am-2:15pm)
8:30am-9am: Arrival + Workshop A prep
9am-11am: Workshop A (including a 10 minute break after the first hour)
11am-12pm: Lunch
12:00pm-12:15pm: Workshop B prep 
12:15-2:15pm: Workshop B (including a 10 minute break after the first hour)
Preference will be given to facilitators that can provide the workshop at both our Germantown and Kensington locations on alternate weeks. Facilitators may submit to provide multiple workshops on different days.

Payment: This position is contracted and facilitators will receive payment of $250 per program day.
