Rock to the Future provides student-driven music programs in a safe and supportive environment at no cost for Philadelphia youth. Through music, our students build life skills to unlock their fullest potential to support current and lifelong well-being. We prepare the next generation for every stage!
Rock to the Future is seeking workshop facilitators for our 2024 summer program for ages 12 - 20 years old. Workshops must be engaging, interactive, and build independent living skills, independent learning skills, and other life skills to support youth achievement and dreambuilding.

Schedule and Location: The workshops will take place in-person at our Kensington and/or Germantown locations between July 1st and August 1st. Workshops will need to be facilitated twice a day for two different cohorts of 15 - 20 students. Content presented within a day should remain the same for both cohorts. The workshops will need to take place on a Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday. The times of the workshops are site dependent. Workshops at the Kensington location will take place from 10:00am-12:00pm and again from 1:00pm-3:00pm. Workshops at the Germantown location will take place from 9:00am-11:00pm and again from 12:00pm-2:00pm. Preference will be given to facilitators that can provide workshops at both our Germantown and Kensington locations on alternate weeks. Facilitators may submit to provide multiple workshops on different days.
Payment: This position is contracted and facilitators will receive payment of $250 per program day.
